We’re on the lookout for a fast-paced Busser to join our fantastic team at one of our largest restaurants with a 500-guest capacity - Chotto Matte Manchester.

About the Busser position:

As a Busser, you will play a key role in maintaining the flow and presentation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean, organised, and prepared in line with Chotto Matte standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently
Communicate effectively between the floor and kitchen teams
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas
Help create a positive, energetic, and engaging atmosphere
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
Highly energetic and able to deliver excellent hospitality consistently
Ability to work well under pressure and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Approachable, engaging, and a natural team player
