We’re on the lookout for a fast-paced Runner to join our fantastic team at one of our largest restaurants with a 500-guest capacity - Chotto Matte Manchester.

About the Runner position:

As a Runner, you will play a vital part in supporting our floor and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service. You’ll keep the restaurant running smoothly behind the scenes while helping create an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and drinks swiftly and accurately to guests’ tables
• Support the servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Communicate effectively between the floor and kitchen teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across service areas
• Help create a positive, energetic, and engaging atmosphere
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
• Highly energetic and able to deliver excellent hospitality consistently
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Approachable, engaging, and a natural team player
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
