Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Server to join our team.

As a Server at Alley Cat's Pizza, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive
Following our steps of service closely, while recommending specials and upselling menu favourites to enhance the guest experience
Taking orders accurately using our POS system and ensuring every detail is spot on
Handling card transactions accurately and responsibly
Keeping the restaurant looking its best by maintaining a clean, organised dining area
Working closely with the kitchen and your teammates to keep service running smoothly

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
