Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server at Angus Steakhouse you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive
Following our steps of service closely, while recommending specials and upselling menu favourites to enhance the guest experience
Taking orders accurately using our POS system and ensuring every detail is spot on
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
Keeping the restaurant looking its best by maintaining a clean, organised dining area
Working closely with the kitchen and your teammates to keep service running smoothly

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
