Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team in our newest location in Chelsea, West London.As a Pizza Chef at Alley Cat&#39;s Pizza, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature pizzas to perfection. You’ll also assist with preparing our signature sides, salads and delicious desserts. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards</li><li>Stretch and shape dough by hand to create a variety of pizza styles</li><li>Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection</li><li>Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment</li><li>Uphold Alley Cat&#39;s Pizzeria&#39;s standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation at all times</li><li>Contribute ideas for new pizza flavours and seasonal specials to keep our menu fresh and exciting</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizza Cook in a high-volume restaurant setting</li><li>Strong knowledge of pizza dough, sauce, and topping combinations, as well as pizza oven operation</li><li>Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavours and ingredients</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li></ul> Benefits:<ul><li>A free staff meal on shift</li><li>50% discount on food and drink for you and 3 guests</li><li>Career progression in a fast-growing company</li><li>Access to a retail discount app full of high street brands</li><li>Partnership with Hospitality Action – a platform made to support hospitality workers</li></ul>
